All services are performed in our state of the art Atlanta, GA-area Service Center to ensure quality and accessibility for customers throughout North America.

Our clean, modern Service Center allows us to operate efficiently and supports our dedication to and use of standard, scalable repair processes.

• Lexicon's Service Center is optimized to handle substantial volumes of the barcode and AIDC industry's most popular products.
• Using a Single Service Center Strategy allows us to concentrate a critical mass of repair volume (as well as highly trained and skilled Technical Teams) to increase our efficiency and lower per unit repair costs.
• Because our repair volumes are high and predictable, our repair teams are specialized and have evolved strict, standard, processes that ensure high quality repair and fast turnaround.
• Our proprietary Service Management System uses barcode scanned input to maintain strict control of repair unit flow within our facility and our powerful Repair Engine™ Service Management Portal System allows you to easily and quickly interact with us (and other major repair provider companies) saving your team time and money - to help ensure a superior repair and maintenance experience.
