All of Lexicon’s depot-based services are performed in our state of the art Atlanta, GA-area Service Center to ensure quality and accessibility for customers throughout North America.

Our clean, modern Service Center allows us to operate efficiently and supports our dedication to and use of standard, scalable repair processes.

  • Lexicon’s Service Center is optimized to handle substantial volumes of barcode and other data capture equipment, portable terminals, scanners, printers and printing systems, point-of-sale devices and peripherals.
  • Using a Single Service Center Strategy allows us to concentrate a critical mass of repair volume (as well as highly trained and skilled Technical Teams) to increase our efficiency and lower per unit repair costs.
  • Because our repair volumes are high and predictable, our repair teams are specialized and have evolved strict, standard, processes that ensure high quality repair and fast turnaround.
  • Our proprietary, in-house scheduling and service management systems maintain strict control of repair unit flow within our facility and links to our powerful, customer-facing RepairEngine® online Service Management portal. RepairEngine® allows enterprise customers to easily and quickly manage repair and maintenance returns or repair authorizations, onsite service calls, and maintenance contracts saving your team time and money - to help ensure a superior repair and maintenance experience.
