Lexicon's Support Team
Meet some of the people who support Lexicon customers. For assistance or to get answers regarding any Lexicon service, product or system, please contact one of the following individuals.
Dave is responsible for depot repair operations including management of repair teams and depot processes.
Scott provides operations leadership and manages Lexicon’s supply chain and depot services teams.
Tracy leads our depot services team which is responsible for managing internal and external customer-owned equipment logistics and for maintaining timely and accurate online repair status information via RepairEngine®.
Darla focuses on providing Lexicon customers and partners with repair and maintenance solutions as well as refurbished equipment. Darla is well versed in supporting the growing base of RepairEngine® users by conducting training sessions, answering questions and setting up customer RepairEngine® portals.
Mitch is focused on providing Lexicon-Certified™ refurbished and previously owned equipment solutions. Mitch also leads Lexicon’s effort in equipment buys, liquidations, and large asset take-outs.
Shannon is focused on reaching out to customers and partners to introduce the repair and maintenance and refurbished equipment solutions that Lexicon has to offer. Shannon can help customers get started with RepairEngine® as well as support current users.
Debbie is responsible for contract administration at Lexicon. Her duties include maintenance agreement set-up, renewal notice management, and any contract modifications.
