Our Advance Exchange program provides a ready-to-ship spare pool of devices maintained by Lexicon. Request a repair via RepairEngine® and we will dispatch a replacement unit direct to the requested location automatically.  Spare pool size and program cost depend on the number of units under maintenance, number of locations, model of unit, user environment, and other factors.
