• Lexicon Technologies accepts these methods of payment for orders: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express; trade accounts are available subject to credit approval.

• By completing your transaction with your credit card you acknowledge that:

• You are an authorized user of the credit card and that the information you provided is accurate.

• You authorize Lexicon Technologies to charge the amount of the transaction which you have approved, to your credit card.

• You also authorize Lexicon Technologies to return any funds which may become due from us to you, to the credit card used during the transaction.

• Credit cards are charged at the time of online order or upon order approval by the customer in our online maintenance management system, RepairEngine®.

• Online transactions made with a credit card will appear on your billing statement as "Online Order # ECXXXXXX."

• If you cancel an order for "in-stock" or "non-special order" equipment prior to shipment from our distribution center, you will receive a full refund to the purchasing credit card within 10 days.

• If we "special order" equipment to fulfill an order from you, we will not accept a return for any reason, since we cannot return the equipment to our supplier. In this case, we will inform you in advance that your equipment must be "special-ordered" so that you will know that your order may not be cancelled, the equipment returned or your payment refunded.

• All equipment returns or cancellations must be approved in advance by Lexicon within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to a restocking fee.

• All transactions are F.O.B. our dock; customer takes title to the shipment and incurs risk of loss at the time of carrier pick up.

• All units have a 90 day limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty is provided subject to Lexicon refurbished or used equipment definitions as defined herein (see below).

• Any damage that results from improper installation, incorrectly loading software or custom applications is not covered under the warranty.

Equipment Condition Definitions

• Certified Refurbished: Refurbished as necessary by Lexicon's technical teams; tested; good working condition; may have some cosmetic imperfections; previously lightly used in a working environment.

• Surplus New: "New in Box" with older manufacturing date.

• Like New: "Out of original box", may contain new non-OEM replacement shells, plastics or cases; very few minor cosmetic imperfections.

• Used/Working: Tested good working; has cosmetic imperfections; previously heavily used in a working environment.

• As Is: May or may not work, suitable for parts salvage purposes; no warranty; no returns - all sales final.
