Advanced Repair Capabilities
Specialized microelectronics (BGA rework; X-ray inspected welds; Key-injection) allow for component-level repair. We are able to repair what most other providers would have to replace, saving you time and money.
Bulk Parts Ordering
We bulk purchase parts directly from overseas manufacturers at the start of your contract to prevent delays in repairs and eliminate the risk of parts being unavailable.
Industry Certifications
Lexicon is ISO 9001:2015 NQA Certified (Conyers/Orlando), and follows MSD JEDEC STD-033C. We are also ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) certified to further extend the life of your devices.

Certified Technicians
We’re driven by procedural standards with a total of 14 individual certifications held by our technicians and engineers. Every technician receives 100+ hours of training and is certified on every device model they support.
Quality Assurance
We perform a full diagnostic on every device to identify both reported and unreported issues. We then test every device for full functionality before returning it to you, eliminating the need for repeated returns for repair.
