Lexicon repairs and returns devices in days–-not weeks. Standard maintenance contracts are a 5-day turn time. Flat rate repairs are 10-day turn time. We also offer programs with 1-day turn time and  “hot swap” spare pool options. 

We bulk purchase parts at the start of our maintenance contracts to prevent delays in repairs and eliminate the risk of parts being unavailable. Parts are stored on site in our 75,000 SF warehouse. Yes, we warranty all repair work and refurb equipment purchases. Our repaired technology is warranted against failure of materials or workmanship for 60 days, and is eligible for extended coverage under a Lexicon maintenance agreement.

All Lexicon-Certified™ refurbished equipment comes with a warranty against failure of materials or workmanship for ninety (90) days, and is eligible for extended coverage under a Lexicon maintenance agreement.

Lexicon flat-rate repair services offer cost savings when compared to standard manufacturer coverage. However, our custom maintenance plans are where real savings can occur. Customers save an average of 20-30% with the added benefit of industry-leading turn times.

Our comprehensive maintenance plan covers everything except crushed (run over) and water damage.  All other failures are covered.
