The kids are back in school and we’re all wilting in this heat. To get your mind off the HOT, here’s this quarter’s Breaking News, your quarterly bulletin from Lexicon Tech Solutions.

Turn up the AC and let’s hit it.

MEET SHANNON

Or maybe that should be “Ask Shannon.” Sr. Account Executive Shannon Lightsey has been working with Lexicon customers for more than 12 years and knows all the ins and outs. Whenever someone on our team has a question about a repair, supply chain, or a specific need-to-know on a device, we turn to Shannon for the answer. (Hmm. . .maybe that’s why she’s started locking us out of her office. 🧐) However, she’s here to help you! Contact her with questions on repairs, refurb, the LE45, or for a quote – slightsey@lexicontech.com/ 678-750-0307.

WE’VE BEEN TRANSFORMED

Everyone knows that Lexicon offers the LE45, a powerful yet reasonably priced rugged mobile computer that helps companies big and small simplify the migration to Android. (If you don’t know, click herefor details but seriously, it’s all we’ve been talking about for a year. )

What you may not know is we’ve partnered with Six15 ST1™ Head-Up Display for hands-free vision picking. The combined LE45 and ST1 package makes onboarding new workers 90% faster and eliminates hours of wasted motion and recall, with a15% average increase in worker productivity.

If only there was a way for you to learn more. Oh wait, we made this really cool landing pagejust for that purpose!

DREAMS DO COME TRUE

Interested in demo’ing the LE45? We offer 30-day trials of our numeric or alphanumeric versions. Contact us at info@lexicontech.com or request a free trial

Speaking of the LE45, we lit up our repair floor with  a burn-in test. Enjoy the light show.

A TOUR DE FORCE

We encourage all our customers and potential customers to come and tour our 75,000 sf facility. The reason being that once you see how we operate, it’s an easy decision to use us for your maintenance needs. We can tell you that we’re ISO 9001:2015 certified and that our A+ certified repair techs are freaking awesome, but getting the walk through of how we receive orders, repair, quality test, process, and ship is a game changer. It’s not Disney World but isn’t it worth a quick trip to save tens of thousands of dollars in repairs? Plus, no wait in long lines and we throw in free socks. (Mouse ears are sooo 2020.)

BREAKING DOWN THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Dollar for dollar, you get the most bang for your buck with our annual maintenance contracts. A major retailer who works with us saved $35,281 ($104 per repair) this year by choosing an annual contract as opposed to using a flat-rate repair price. Our maintenance contracts include component-level repairs, bulk parts ordering at start of contract to prevent downtime/delays, devices tested for full functionality before being returned (eliminating the need for repeated returns for repair), industry-leading turn times, and all repairs done in our Atlanta facility. We’ve helped companies like Amazon, Trader Joe’s, Staples, and The U.S. Post Office extend the life of their equipment. Quotes are free so contact us today: info@lexicontech.com.

TAKE STOCK

Like, seriously, take our stock. Here’s this quarter’s list of run-off inventory and ready-to-go items. Contact Mitch Rogers at mrogers@lexicontech.com | 678-750-0306, or Shannon Lightsey (remember her from above?) at slightsey@lexicontech.com | 678-750-0307 if interested and we’ll work with you on best pricing.

We’re here for all your technology repairs and refurb needs. We do group high fives when someone calls or emails so don’t hesitate to contact us

Until next time – stay cool!

THE JOKE'S ON US

Q: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A HARD DRIVE GETS IN A FIGHT?
A: IT ASKS FOR BACKUP

As always, we’re holding vigil by the phone to take your call and answer any question you have about ADP, flat-rate repairs, refresh/summer services, theft, or why we can’t find better jokes for this bulletin. Give us a call or send your questions to alwayslearning@lexiconK12.com. Until next time, remember our motto. . .
