Position Summary 

The Senior Financial Analyst will coordinate and participate in the design, testing, implementation, and review of complex financial and accounting systems and processes. Are responsible for examining data, then using their findings to help make decisions with the VP of Finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and analyze data with the associated reporting, planning and schedules. 
• Generate accurate and realistic financial forecasts and explain associated variances to the business. 
• Maintain the rolling multi-year financial model that supports the monthly projects, the quarterly, and the year end. 
• Assist with the preparation and analyzing cost allocations of finance related items in supporting strategic initiatives for the business.
• Sustain accounts and improve processes and systems.
• Leadership of monthly project reviews acting as a first point of contact for junior finance personnel.
• Development and monitor inventory costing while using complex financial models to support department for the business.
• Manager of cash flow responsibilities include analysis and overview.
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting and business process.
• Ability to be efficient while supporting many competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Power BI and NetSuite finance/accounting modules and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to use in large volumes of data from various sources, analyze trends, and produce summarized results.
• Effective use of oral and written communication skills, reason, and data compilation to influence others.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. In Accounting or Finance and MBA or related field.
• 5-7 years of directly related experience.
• CPA preferred.
